The Panasonic KX-TG8524 has an integrated digital answering machine that digitally records for up to 40 minutes and is fully operable through either the handset, base station or from any other tone dial phone worldwide.

Message playback is accomplished on the base station, handset and can be remotely retrieved from an external phone using the remote playback feature. The base station includes a message indicator.
