This Retell call recorder has the advantage of recording directly onto a CD. The built in CD-RW gives fast and easy access to calls and stores each message safely. It also comes with free PC software and can be connected to all types of handsets or directly to analogue sockets.

• Built in 10/100 Mbit network interface for connection to a LAN for archive of calls using optional archive software
• Records conference calls
• Answering machine with 30 user programmable out going messages (OGM), adjustable maximum message duration and remote access to answering machine
• OGM can be up to 4 hours long
• Incoming message can be up to 60 minutes long
• Once messages have been listened to it is automatically copied onto CD
• Address book with over 500 names and numbers
• All calls are stored with details of CLI (if available), date, time and duration of call
• Calls can be tagged with up to 16 characters at any time after recording to help with searches
• CD's can be played back through the recorder's speaker or on a PC using supplied quick access software
• Software included to allow you to search for recordings on the CD on your PC
• Calls can be attached to emails from the CD's created (may depend on CODEC)
