Wireless Conferencing

You are no longer limited to where you can have meetings. As long as you have something to discuss you can hold impromptu conference meetings with colleagues and clients from around the world and beacause you don’t need phone lines or electrical sockets in the meeting area so you really can hold the meeting anywhere.

Uses DECT Technology

The flexible Konftel 300W gets its wireless freedom through DECT technology. As the Konftel 300W is GAP compatible it has the ability to be integrated and paired to existing DECT systems. DECT offers a secure and encrypted connection and a superior sound quality and range with the conference phone boasting up to a 200 metre range.

Optional DECT Base

If you do not have a DECT system in place you can still pair the Konftel 300W to an analogue phone line or a PBX with an analogue extension through the optional Konftel 300W DECT base. This plug and play device allows up to 7 GAP compatible DECT units to connect to it and offers a 50 meter wireless range. The Konftel 300W DECT base is a separate purchase.

Hold VoIP Meetings

The Konftel 300W offers other methods of connection other than DECT, such as connecting the conference unit to your PC via its USB port, allowing you to hold VoIP conference calls over the internet or alternatively connecting it to your mobile phone. This is done by purchasing an optional mobile phone connection cable, however these cables are mobile phone specific and not every phone model has a cable available. Please contact us for more information.
 
Thanks to Konftel’s integrated bridge system you can switch and combine connections and connect DECT, mobile phone and USB to multiparty calls.

OmniSound 2.0 Audio Technology

The Konftel 300W has a number of impressive features and functions, such as Konftel’s patented OmniSound 2.0 audio technology that ensures consistent crystal clear sound. OmniSound 2.0 uses an omni-directional microphone and three high powered speakers alongside noise suppression technology, which filters away distracting background noises, wideband transmission for enhanced clarity on VoIP calls and an equalizer which allows you to manually adjust the sound levels to an optimum level during your meeting.

Record Meetings with an SD Memory Card

Important calls or dictations can be recorded directly onto an SD memory card. You can play back and listen to your recordings at any time either through the Konftel 300W or a computer that has a memory card reader.

Large Battery Life

The Konftel 300W is supplied with a compact charging stand that charges the internal Konftel 300W battery. You get a huge 48 hours of talk time from a full charge and 10 days of standby time. The battery has a power gauge to show the remaining battery life and the LCD screen of the phone also displays the battery status.

With its sleek and contemporary Scandinavian design, the Konftel 300W is a welcome addition to any business environment. The user friendly phone has an alphanumerical keypad and boasts a large, intuitive LCD screen that gives you clear and precise user information and informs you of the phone’s status with regards to a number of features and functions at a quick glance.
