Office/Call Centre Headset Repairs
As well as saving you money with our huge range of headsets, here at PMC Telecom, our specialist headset repair department can save you hundreds of pounds on your existing headsets, too.
If you have out of warranty Plantronics or Jabra (GN Netcom) call -centre headsets which are faulty or broken, our workshop can repair them for you for a fraction of the cost of buying a new headset!
We can give free estimates for all repair work, and with your approval our trained repair technicians will fix your headsets to a high standard – we will even replace your headset consumables such as voice tubes, ear cushions & windshields, free of charge with every repair.
Repair costs for corded headsets are usually between £15 and £20 per headset. For cordless headsets and other specialist items such as amplifiers, the cost is usually around £20 each. Headsets can be repaired in five working days.
Once your headsets have been repaired we will carefully package them up and send them back to you within three working days. All of our repairs come with a six month warranty. In the unlikely event that your headset fails within the warranty period, we will fix it for free or provide a new headset.
