Ordering

PMC would like to make buying our products as easy as possible. With this in mind we have devised 4 easy ways to order and pay for your purchases.

Online Ordering

1. Browse to the product(s) you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart". As you add products to the cart, you will see the cart in the top right hand corner of the page update live. At any time, you can click the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart to continue the ordering process.
2. When you see the shopping cart page, you can fine-tune aspects of your order by adjusting item quantities, removing items from your cart, selecting delivery options and entering promotional discount codes. Your total price breakdown is all calculated live so you can see the total cost before you enter your details to pay.
3. Once you are happy, if you click the "Go to checkout" button the next page will load where you can enter your details, including billing address, delivery address and finally, payment information. Please note that this page is secured using Thawte's 256 bit encryption securing you and your data - you can click the Thawte logo at any time to verify our security credentials.

We have designed the the checkout process to be as straight forward and easy to follow as possible. In fact, we're hopeful that we've made the process so easy, nobody will ever need to read this page.

Telephone Ordering

Simply phone us on 0845 180 9988 and place your order with the operator. We accept all major credit & debit cards, and cheques.

Order via E-mail

Just send an e-mail to info@pmctelecom.co.uk with your name, telephone number, product code and name of product you are interested in purchasing and we will contact you by return. Alternatively you may fill out the on-line e-mail form and we will get right back to you.

Purchase Order

For Businesses, government bodies, schools, councils etc, you can either fax or e-mail an official purchase order and we'll process your order as normal. Credit Accounts are available.

Delivery time

Your order will be delivered within 1 – 2 working days, subject to stock availability.

Delivery charge

A standard delivery fee of £1.50* or £4.50* is applicable for orders placed within mainland UK. Please contact us on 0845 180 9988 for details of delivery outside mainland UK. Charges apply to the order, not the number of products ordered i.e. if multiple products are purchased the charge remains the same.
